B-Scan Probe
The new B-Scan 20MHz Probe by Tomey enables the managing clinician to view the retina, ciliary body and anterior vitreous.
When the probe is used in conjunction with the Tomey B-Scan, the clinician may use the B-Scans video function to view the trabeculation of the ciliary body live, which may aid in the diagnosis of glaucoma, the company says.
Also, the B-Scan Probe may be used to provide sulcus-to-sulcus measurements, in cases of intraocular lens (IOL) and implantable contact lens (ICL) implants.

Flura-Safe, by Accutome, Inc., is a new large-molecule, fluorescein-like stain. It will not affect soft contact lenses, the company says.
